South Australia’s home of frozen custard and the historic site of Burger Theory’s first regular truck stop. That’s right, this is where, in the Spring of 2011, we first set up shop.
In 2013, the truck became a store and the vacant lot an office block, with Burger Theory nestled in on the ground floor. But as they say, the more things change the more they stay the same, and the #1 you’ll get here today is still assembled just as it was back then. (The only difference is that now it has a few more friends – extra beef, chicken and vegetarian, along with shakes, wine and beer.)
